THE CHALLENGE: Kcal Chipper

60s split squat hold
25 cals ski erg (modification: .25 mile run )
60s skater squat hold
25 cals rower (modification: 20 burpees)
60s single leg wall sit
25 cals assault bike (modification: 20 kettlebell swings, 24kg men/16kg women)

Goal Time: 10:00 or less. LET'S GO!
