Just remember visible abs do not define strength. Your core is your foundation to all your lifts, movements and ability to perform. Strengthening that inner core is super important and as someone who’s struggle with her core I’ve started doing these exercises to help me build more strength 👏
WORKOUT: perform each of these exercise for 30 seconds, 3 rounds. Finish one exercise before moving into the next
