These succulent braised short ribs always hit the spot for a savory, ultra-comforting meal. All they need is a quick golden brown sear, then a few hours cooked low and slow in a rich red wine sauce infused with aromatics. The meat becomes so delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

The best part? This recipe doesn't require fancy ingredients or complicated cooking methods - all thanks to the simple art of braising! That's why I'm all for making these short ribs on a weekday when I'm in the mood to treat myself a little for dinner. They're also perfect for date night... plus, you can enjoy the leftover red wine! Trust me when I say, everyone will love these beef short ribs!
