RECIPES:
✅Easy tomatoes and pepper pasta with chicken sausages
- 1 red pepper
- Handful of tomato’s
- 1 red onion
- Whole garlic
- Olive oil, salt and oregano
- Roast until soft and blend
- Add pasta and bake chicken sausages until cooked not burnt like mine…
✅ Seabass & roast veggies
- Seabass fillet with parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and salt
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Handful of mushrooms
- Handful asparagus
- Roast until cooked
✅ Overnight oats
- cup of oats
- Flax seed
- I also added mashed banana
- 1 scoop @womensbest protein powder
- Coconut milk
- Mix well and add berries
