The “Evidenze-Bazed Biomekanix Broz” are back at it - claiming that hip thrusts suck for glute growth. They like to ignore real life evidence, like all the women out there who grew their glutes tremendously from hip thrusts, and instead rely on research pertaining to other muscle groups.

But do they really believe their claims, or are they just insanely jealous of the hip thrust’s popularity? If they did stand by what they said, then they’d believe that side lying laterals and rear delt raises are superior to standing ones. Give these a try - they don’t feel natural.
