2. Protein is amazing but so is a well nutrient dense palette so eat your greens!
3. Compounds are great for core strength but you need to target your core stability specifically to make it even more stronger
4. Please warm up you older self will thank you!
5. The aim of the game is to show up and give it what you can… you only fail if you stop! So don’t stop.
