His wife saw the video and was amazed at how the taxi driver managed to escape him.

Taxi driver David Perry narrowly escaped the suicide bombing in Liverpool on Sunday and is now recovering at home after being released from hospital.

His wife said her husband was undoubtedly lucky to be on Alive, rejecting suggestions that he acted heroically, after watching the terrible video of the incident on social media.

How did the story begin?

The story began 45-year-old David, with suicide bomber Emad Al-Swaimin, when he rode with him from Kirkdale in Liverpool, where the journey lasted for 10 minutes before Swelmin detonated an explosive device inside his car.

Moreover, his uncle, Michael Sultan, told The Times that David’s wife recognized her husband’s car from Pictures on social media

His wife, Rachel Berry, described the incident as an “absolute miracle” and addressed “rumors” that her husband locked the suicide bomber in the car, in order to avoid further injuries.

(And she wrote on Facebook: “I just want to thank each of you who have sent messages asking how David is.”

Also, she continued, “There are a lot of rumors about him being a hero and the passenger being locked in the car. The fact of the matter is that he is undoubtedly lucky to be alive.”

In parallel, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson praised the bravery of the taxi driver.
