If you hate water as much as me please do yourself a favour and add BCAA to your water it makes the whole experience better! Protein powder in vegan formula 🌱 from @womensbest and of course the best protein bar / dessert 🤣
I’m in two minds about posting “what I eat in a day” on one side I want to show women that they can have a really great “balance” and not feel suffocated and deprived. But on the flip side you can never really “win” people either think you eat too much or not enough and really it comes down to the individual themselves. I am NOT a nutritionist I’m just someone who’s trying to have sustainability in my life one day at a time and I hope you strive for the same thing too!
