Back to work I go! It’s been none stop today so I wanted to show you how I keep “on track” and fuel my body. I cannot stress enough that lately time feels like a complete luxury and I’m deprived of it like so many of us and the older I get the busier I get for some reason 🙃
Meal prepping, bringing food to work and eating consistent meals keeps things so simple and to the point. I need wholesome meals so I can perform at work and at the gym it’s as simple as that!
