Here was my session this Sunday:
✅ Reverse Lunges: 5 reps each leg/ superset with dynamic box lunge jumps 5 reps each leg 3 sets
✅ BB bench press: 5 reps/ superset with power ball throws 5/8 reps 3 sets
✅ Lateral Lunges: 8 reps 3 sets
✅ Parallel Presses: 8 reps 3 sets
✅ Roll outs: 8-10 reps 3 sets
