✅SS:superset lat pull down 8 reps with gorilla kettlebell rows 12 reps 4 sets

✅SS: superset seated rows 8-10 reps with explosive ball throws ( more push but wants to get my fast twitch fibres involved) 4 sets

✅SS: superset incline row 8-10 reps with pull ups till failure 4 sets
