Bent Over Rows: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Military Press: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Single Arm T-Bar Kneeling Press: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
Single Leg Landmine Deadlifts: 8-10 reps, 4 sets
