This will CHANGE your life and look im not exaggerating and I truly truly would say if I have but I spent a whole gym session figuring out how to help you set up your LANDMINE squats and I couldn’t find proper tips anywhere! I messed around a little and boom it came to me! Use a bench to ease the load and pressure. (If this tips been done before apologises in advanced I would credit the relevant creator 💙)
