
We put so much pressure on ourselves to achieve results in X amount of time that we tend to forget how far we have truly come.
We tend to lose sight of this subconscious perception of what we âshould be achievingâ rather than what we âhave achievedâ Putting so much pressure on our minds and bodies to make it happen NOW rather than focusing on building blocks to try and have it for a lifetime.
Please donât forget how far youâve come, be thankful for your progression no matter how big or small. đ
