Our new 4-week workout program includes 3 quick workouts per week — great for cross-training, supplementing other active hobbies (running, swimming, recreational sports, etc.), or anyone with a hectic summer schedule!

This program was built by Tasha in the spirit of our popular FB 30 series. The workouts themselves are strength-forward, with sprinkles of cardio throughout to promote overall conditioning and functional strength. 💪
