Here’s your reminder to stop thinking you’re going to be bulky and realise muscle is beautiful…. Incase you was wondering 💙

Workout:
✅ SPRINTS: 20 seconds burst at 21mph 40 second test 10 reps
✅ Chest press: 4 sets 8 reps
✅ Shoulder press: 4 sets 10 reps
✅ Snatches: 4 sets 8 reps each arm
✅ Face-pulls: 4 sets 10 reps
✅ Lateral raises: 3 sets 15 reps
