A while back, Erica asked our community members what their favorite “brutal” exercises were — and then she used that feedback to create this workout!
What makes this workout so difficult? Nearly all the exercises are high-impact or high-intensity (or both!) and are performed for a long duration of time. These cardio circuits are a great way to increase your cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance!
