I’m telling you what I wish someone told me so listen carefully 💙

1. Just because you are consistent does not mean you’ll progress. Showing up at times is enough but if you want to make true progression you need to not only be consistent, you need to push boundaries

3. What you put in is what you get out, the gym isn’t a box of magic, it’s simple and the fairest place in the world… I promise you that.

4. REST! Please just learn to properly rest !!!!

5. Go and try something new, just go do it and do it with purpose always. It’s not as scary as you think
