You canโt achieve abs by only training compound movements
Your nutrition has a huge influence on whether you have visible abs
Genetics play a huge role in achieving visible abs, as some women store fat differently
Stress/sleep play a huge part on developing abs, you need to make sure you are getting enough rest
Form is more important than achieving high reps.
