“A seborrheic keratosis (seb-o-REE-ik ker-uh-TOE-sis) is a common noncancerous (benign) skin growth. People tend to get more of them as they get older. Seborrheic keratoses are usually brown, black or light tan. The growths (lesions) look waxy or scaly and slightly raised.” – Mayo Clinic Jan.18, 2022
Genna Lubrano, MD performed a procedure in office to remove over 51 of these non-cancerous skin growths. This procedure was performed in an outpatient setting with the medical practice of Dr. Lubrano. She has performed this type of removal a number of times and knows the technique it requires to not only remove the seborrheic keratosis but to also ease the patient on the procedure and process.
Recently, Dr. Lubrano performed this procedure with the permissions of the patient. Coming soon videos from her YouTube channel, “Under the Knife with Dr. G”.
Dr. Lubrano was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She decided she wanted to be a surgeon at a young age.
